Refund policy
Returns — We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
To start a return contact us at info@lariot.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved we will provide return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges — We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
You are responsible for shipping costs to send the original item back to us. Once received we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
To request an exchange contact us at info@lariot.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
Refunds — Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items — If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lariot.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items — All final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
